AFTER SALES SUPPORT
We are at your disposal 24 hours a day. We do provide the following: Training on system application. We ensure that the users are fully trained to use the electronic gadgets that we would have installed. We can avail a simplified user manual for the client. We will professionally sign off the job card only when we are convinced that the system users are well versed with the system. Monthly and or quarterly system checks. These are done on a routine basis for those clients who will be paying monthly fees on system maintenance. No extra charge will be done to these clients except for other component replacement after the guarantee/ warranty period.
